The successful candidate will hold a current license to practice law in Florida, possess excellent academic credentials, and demonstrate strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills. The role requires highly developed interpersonal skills and a team-player mentality, with preference given to candidates with a judicial clerkship and mock trial or moot court experience.

Duties:

• Engage in legal research, analysis, and writing.
• Represent clients in litigation proceedings.
• Attend hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.

Requirements:
