Litigation - Employment Law Career Associate

The candidate provides litigation and business development support to attorneys in the Employment Law Practice Group. Works to support the needs of the Employment Law Practice on the full range of employment litigation including multi-plaintiff, individual, and class action discrimination and wage and hour suits, government enforcement actions, internal investigations, client counseling, as well as business development activities. Must have employment legal experience, exceptional writing skills, attention to detail and the ability to effectively communicate. Must have experience in some or all of the following areas of litigation: employment discrimination; whistleblowing; post-employment restrictions; wage and hour. Should have 3-10 years of experience in Employment Law; JD from accredited law school, and licensure from at least one (1) jurisdiction. Excellent academic credentials required.
