Duties

• Defend a variety of casualty cases, including wrongful death, products liability, and premises liability.
• Manage day-to-day case aspects with partner oversight, including client meetings and investigations.
• Conduct discovery, motion practice, and attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.

Requirements

• 2 to 7 years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience with personal injury litigation and client reporting preferred.
• Valid Texas Bar license.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
