Duties

Requirements

• Four to six years of experience in capital markets and public securities.
• Experience in a national or international law firm.
• High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.

Education

• Juris Doctor from a nationally recognized law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
