• Draft and negotiate management and contractual agreements.

Requirements

• Minimum of six years of legal practice in healthcare law.
• Experience with federal and state healthcare regulations.
• Proven track record in transactional healthcare matters.

Education

• J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications

• Active member in good standing of the bar.
