- Manage discovery in contested matters and adversary proceedings.
- Participate in trial preparation, including preparing witnesses and trial exhibits.
Requirements
- Admission to the Delaware bar is required.
- Three to five years of relevant experience.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Delaware Bar Admission.
