Duties:

• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to develop effective case strategies.
• Prepare and draft motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Manage a diverse caseload with attention to detail and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with clients and legal team members to craft comprehensive legal strategies.
• Independently prioritize and manage work with minimal supervision, handling pressure and deadlines when necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction defect litigation.
• Must be a member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Proven experience in managing multiple cases independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Capability to bill time accurately and efficiently.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership with the Florida Bar.

Skills:

• Legal research and case analysis.
• Drafting legal documents (motions, discovery, etc.).
• Litigation experience in construction defect cases.
• Strong client communication and relationship management.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively under pressure.
