Job Duties:

• Analyze insurance policies to determine coverage issues and provide detailed opinions.
• Draft, review, and edit complex briefs, motions, and legal documents.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Advise clients on insurance coverage matters and provide strategic recommendations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement case strategies.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Illinois State Bar (or ability to waive in).
• 3-7 years of insurance coverage experience, preferably in a law firm setting.
• Proven track record of exceptional legal writing and research skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Illinois State Bar (or ability to waive in).
