The candidate will provide legal counsel covering the entire business life cycle to all sizes of publicly traded and privately held companies, individual and institutional investors, and other entities. Should have a J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school and excellent academic credentials. Must have 2+ years of corporate experience. Should have prior experience working on substantial transactions for public or closely-held business, including mergers, acquisitions, and financings. Should preferably have deep experience in corporate transactions. Excellent drafting and negotiation skills are needed.
