Duties

• Engage in removal defense.

Requirements

• Comfortable working collaboratively with attorneys and support staff.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume work environment.
• Reliable with strong customer service skills.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Interest in social justice.
• Ability to advise and represent clients in emotionally charged situations.

Education

• J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school or LLM from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications

• North Carolina bar member in good standing or any US Bar member.

Skills

• Bilingual Spanish/English.
