Duties

• Manage a diverse caseload from inception to resolution, including appeals.
• Develop and implement effective legal strategies.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Oversee the discovery process and appear for depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Argue motions in court and perform additional related tasks.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Missouri.
• Minimum of four years of experience in civil litigation.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, advocacy, and interpersonal skills.
• Prior courtroom experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed attorney in Missouri.
