Litigation/Trial Paralegal
The candidate will work closely with attorneys during all phases of the litigation process. Will be responsible for medical, social security, and bankruptcy records. Will also be responsible for: deposition notices, case organization, research, discovery, trial preparation, and exhibit preparation. Deal with document review and procurement. Provide trial support - travel to trials as requested. Calendar and track discovery, pleadings, motions, and hearing deliverables. Work with attorney in preparation for depositions. Index, analyze, and summarize discovery documents. Manage case work-up - chronologies and analysis. Prepare and distribute materials. Work with medical experts, answer questions, and track deadlines.
