We’re seeking three experienced residential conveyancers to join our highly respected team. Applications are welcome from solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, licensed conveyancers and unqualified conveyancers. We are ideally looking for people who can make an immediate start.

You will be based at either our Canterbury St George’s Place or Ramsgate offices and we may ask you to work at different locations from time to time. If you have a preference for one location above the other please make this clear in your application.

Boys & Maughan is one of East Kent’s largest and oldest legal practices. We are the market-leaders in the area, with six local offices and have won a number of national awards for our customer service, including no fewer than eight trophies at the ESTAS Conveyancing Awards in October 2019.

You’ll be expected to manage your own caseload, be able to demonstrate your experience in leasehold, freehold, new build properties, remortgages and lease extension work and enjoy a challenging, fast moving professional environment.

Our team is friendly and committed and we are looking for a team player. We have excellent, long-term relationships with our clients and local estate agents, giving you an opportunity to make your mark and progress your career.

The positions are full time, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and your salary will be negotiable depending on experience.
