The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in litigation, probate, business transactions, or real estate law. This is a full-time, in-office position with reasonable flexibility.

Duties

• Manage cases in litigation, probate, business transactions, and/or real estate.
• Meet with clients and maintain ongoing communication.
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Appear in court as needed.
• Work closely with a team of experienced assistants and paralegals.
• Maintain organized and reliable workflow.

Requirements

• Active Illinois law license (required).
• Wisconsin license (preferred but not required).
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong communication and client-service skills.
• Ability to work in-office.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple matters.

Education

• Juris Doctorate (required).
