Job Overview:
A well-established law firm is seeking a mid-level Corporate Associate to join its highly regarded Corporate practice. The position offers the opportunity to work on complex corporate matters in a dynamic and team-oriented environment while benefiting from the resources of a large international law firm. The role includes a mix of in-office and remote work, depending on case and workload demands.

Location:

• Lexington, KY

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel on corporate and transactional matters.
• Participate in general corporate advisory work for clients.
• Collaborate with partners and associates on a variety of corporate transactions.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support corporate transactions.
• Draft and review corporate agreements and related legal documents.
• Assist in structuring and negotiating business transactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of corporate and transactional law experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Demonstrates sound judgment and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of hire and in good standing.

Skills:

• Strong legal research and drafting abilities.
• Experience providing general corporate legal advice.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex corporate legal issues.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
