A law firm seeks a remote, full-time attorney licensed in South Carolina to manage debt resolution files and consult with clients. This position is fully remote, allowing telecommuting from any location.

Duties

• Provide legal assistance and handle telephone consultations.
• Oversee settlements and conduct file reviews.
• Review and approve legal documents prepared by paralegals.
• Engage in high-volume client interaction to explain the debt resolution process.

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing with the South Carolina state bar.
• Experience in consumer debt defense and/or collections preferred.
• Comfortable with using computers and basic software.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed attorney in South Carolina.

Skills

• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of client interactions.
• Proficient in legal document review and approval.
