A law firm seeks a Debt Resolution Attorney licensed in GA, OH, SC, or VA to join their team remotely. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work alongside primary state attorneys, providing legal assistance and handling client consultations. The role is based in Southfield, MI, but allows for telecommuting from a designated remote workspace.

Duties

• Provide legal assistance as needed.
• Handle telephone consultations during peak business hours.
• Oversee settlements and conduct file reviews.
• Engage in significant client interaction to explain the debt resolution process.
• Adapt to providing consultation services on short notice.

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing with the relevant state bar.
• Experience in consumer debt defense and/or collections preferred.
• Comfortable managing high volume of client interaction.
• Proficient with computers and basic software.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• License to practice law in Georgia, Ohio, South Carolina, or Virginia.
