Duties

• Manage debt resolution files and consult with clients.

• Review and approve legal documents prepared by paralegals.
• Engage in high-volume client interaction to explain the debt resolution process.

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing with the Connecticut state bar.
• Experience in consumer debt defense and/or collections preferred.
• Comfortable with using computers and basic software.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• License to practice law in the state of Connecticut.

Skills
