Candidate Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Michigan and be in good standing.

• Prior experience navigating bankruptcy cases, with consumer and business filings exposure.

• 1-6 years of professional legal practice.

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously in a high-paced environment.

• Capable of conducting legal research and analysis with accuracy and depth.

Educational Background:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution.

• Successful completion of the bar examination in Michigan.
