Duties:

• Assist with negotiations and legal proceedings as necessary.
• Collaborate with legal teams to develop strategies and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Handle client communications and maintain client relationships.

Requirements:

• 0-5 years of experience in energy law, property law, or mineral title law.
• Strong academic record and excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
