Duties

• Oversee a dynamic portfolio of personal injury cases from initiation through trial

• Handle negotiations with opposing counsel and insurance representatives

• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery responses, settlement documents, and related filings

• Represent clients at depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings

• Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients throughout the legal process

• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to develop legal strategies

• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal guidelines and ethical standards

Requirements

• Must hold an active license to practice law in the state of Oklahoma

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in personal injury litigation

• Demonstrated ability to manage litigation files independently

• Capable of representing clients in trial and pre-trial settings

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Admission to the Oklahoma State Bar (mandatory)
