Duties

• Handle and participate in a broad range of commercial, business, and securities litigation, including trials, arbitrations, and regulatory enforcement actions.
• Advise clients on financial services legal matters.
• Conduct research and draft legal documents.
• Provide opinions on compliance, litigation, and regulatory concerns.
• Identify issues and provide prompt solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with lawyers in various offices; occasional travel may be required.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Oklahoma Bar and membership in good standing.
• 3-5 years of substantive litigation experience.
• Trial and arbitration experience required.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Team player with collaborative working relationships.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Oklahoma Bar.
