Duties

• Travel to off-site meetings with prospective and current clients.
• Apply knowledge of business issues, legal procedures, and applicable regulatory authority to counsel clients effectively.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda, pleadings, and documents for litigation matters.
• Appear at hearings and trials as needed or assigned.
• Draft tribal codes, regulations, and agreements; analyze and review legal documents.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience required.
• Comply with all court and state bar licensure obligations, including continuing legal education requirements.
• Driver's license.

Education

• Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited university.

Certifications

• License with the Oklahoma Bar Association or pending.
