Duties

• Manage a caseload of personal injury and workers' compensation matters from intake through settlement or trial.

• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, medical professionals, and insurance companies to facilitate case progress.

• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients during mediation, hearings, and court proceedings.

• Provide clear and timely updates to clients, ensuring they understand case developments and legal options.

• Collaborate with colleagues and legal staff to share knowledge and optimize case outcomes.

Requirements

• 0-5 years of experience handling personal injury and workers’ compensation cases (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).

• Strong advocacy skills, with the ability to represent clients in hearings and negotiations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and legal professionals.

• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
