National- International Tax and Transaction Services - Private Companies - Senior Manager

The candidate will be identifying and resolving complex domestic and international tax issues. Providing technical tax advice and structuring services to a portfolio of projects. Building long-lasting relationships with the clients, developing the understanding of their unique needs and requirements. Building and leading a dedicated client service team, providing performance feedback and guaranteeing the people always have the skills, tools and opportunities they need to grow. Constantly developing the own knowledge, maintaining the status as a trusted advisor by monitoring emerging trends, technologies and practices. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of tax consulting or equivalent work experience is required. Master's, Ph.D., or LL.M. in Business, Tax, Finance, Economics, Management, Policy Analysis or a related field is preferred. Experience with a variety of international and individual tax issues, including third-party and internal transactions; experience preparing or reviewing domestic income tax and/or U.S. international informational returns (Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 1040,1065, 1120, 1120-S); experience with tax research and writing; experience with tax modelling in Microsoft Excel is required. Experience with international tax matters and working with privately-held business and high-net worth individuals/families is required. US CPA license, State Bar membership, or eligibility to obtain a CPA or State Bar membership within the first year of employment is required.
