Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.).
• Active license to practice in Texas.
• Knowledge of removal defense and immigration court proceedings.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Intermediate to fluent Spanish highly valued.
• Proficiency in digital tools and legal software.
• Strong client communication skills.
