The candidate will be representing debtors, secured lenders, creditors, trustees, creditors’ committees and equity sponsors. Experience with all phases of bankruptcy proceedings is preferred, including counseling of clients with respect to rights and remedies, developing risk management strategies, and litigating adversary proceedings and contested matters in the bankruptcy court. Should have a strong academic background, and possess excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills. A license to practice in Ohio, Kentucky, or Indiana is preferred.
