A law firm seeks a Corporate Associate to join the Corporate Trusts team in Indianapolis. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of transactional experience representing financial institutions and corporate trust clients in various corporate trust transactions.

Duties

• Represent clients in structured finance, municipal debt, and public finance transactions.
• Review, negotiate, and draft transactional agreements, including trust indentures and loan agreements.
• Manage multiple transactions and assignments efficiently.
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of transactional experience in corporate trust transactions.
• Proficiency in reviewing and drafting various transactional agreements.
• Strong organizational, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle post-closing matters and default-related issues.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the state of Indiana or eligible for admission.
