Duties

• Prepare for and appear at state court hearings.
• Draft and respond to discovery, and review opposing parties' responses.
• Draft, file, and argue various motions, including motions to compel, demurrers, and motions for summary judgment.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in California (admission to the CA Bar required).
• 0-2 years of legal experience, including relevant internships, clerkships, or law school clinics.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Commitment to consumer rights and civil litigation.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the California Bar.
