Litigation Attorney Full-Time

Profile

We are seeking an energetic, committed and diligent attorney with 10 years of experience with commercial litigation matters in both federal and state court.

Applicants should be skilled in drafting complex pleadings, legal research and analysis, and well experienced in the strategies of evidence and preparation and response of discovery in high-value actions. Additionally, applicants should have courtroom experience arguing motions and contested matters. Bench or trial experience is a plus.

Qualified candidates must have excellent academic credentials, outstanding analytical and creative thinking capabilities, and strong writing and communication skills. A successful candidate will have a positive work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
