Tax Senior or Manager
The candidate will participate in client engagements from the beginning to completion - including planning, executing, and completing tax projects. Prepare or review returns for partnership, corporate, and foreign tax clients, including federal, foreign, state, and local tax returns, estimated payments and extensions, and Federal and State tax audits. Tax research, consultation, and preparation of client memorandum. Develop ideas to assist clients with operational and control opportunities. Work to develop relationships with clients, including involvement in networking and business development activities. Should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. CPA or Bar License Required. Should have 3-8 years of recent experience in public accounting. Must have strong technical skills specifically with public accounting with a focus on taxes for private equity companies, partnerships, and/or LLCs.
