Tax Senior or Manager
The candidate's work will include, but not be limited to: Participate in client engagements from the beginning to completion - including planning, executing, and completing tax projects; Prepare or review returns for partnership, corporate and foreign tax clients, including federal, foreign, state and local tax returns, estimated payments and extensions, and Federal and State tax audits; Tax research, consultation and preparation of client memorandum; Develop ideas to assist clients with operational and control opportunities; Work to develop relationships with clients, including involvement in networking and business development activities; Should have Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting; Must have 3-8 years recent experience in public accounting; CPA or Bar License Required; Should have strong technical skills specifically with public accounting with a focus in taxes for private equity companies, partnerships, and/or LLCs.
