Duties

• Represent lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities.
• Handle asset-based loans and acquisition financings.
• Engage in loan workouts and restructurings.
• Collaborate with experienced lawyers for mentoring and development.

Requirements

• Two to six years of sophisticated law firm experience.
• Experience with private equity and commercial lending.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar.
