Duties

• Analyze, research, and draft briefs on sophisticated legal issues.
• Prepare motions for state and federal courts, including dismissals and summary judgments.
• Participate in trials, depositions, and hearings.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in complex litigation.
• Admitted to the Virginia Bar.
• Prior clerkship experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Virginia Bar admission.
