Seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to work with our Tax, Trusts & Estates Department with 5 years experience to join our New Jersey, New York or Florida Offices. Responsibilities include: Prepare deeds and attendant associates with gifts, transfers to revocable trusts or to distribute a property out of an estate, coordination with coop boards or condo associations as to notice requirements and consents needed and communicating with clients to obtain information needed from clients to complete documentation. Candidates must be highly organized and possess the ability to prioritize, be a team player, and have excellent written and verbal skills. College degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred. We will consider a JD/paralegal candidate as well.
