Location:

Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.
• Draft legal documents, including motions, briefs, and client advice letters.
• Advocate for clients both inside and outside the courtroom.
• Handle discovery, including written discovery requests and depositions.
• Represent clients through all stages of litigation, including mediation, arbitration, and trial.
• Assist with case strategy by preparing case files, organizing evidence, and collaborating with senior attorneys.
• Maintain organized records of all legal documents and correspondence related to ongoing cases.
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of litigation experience.
• Admitted to the Washington State Bar and in good standing with WSBA.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects with competing deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Strong communication skills, both in and out of the courtroom.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively.
• Positive attitude and ability to establish rapport with clients, team members, and other attorneys.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Washington State Bar.
