Location:

Duties:

• Handle a diverse caseload in personal injury, medical malpractice, employment, and civil litigation matters

• Prepare for and participate in mediations, depositions, and trial proceedings

• Draft and argue summary judgment motions and other substantive legal documents

• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies

• Meet with clients regularly to provide legal advice and updates

• Maintain excellent communication and client satisfaction throughout the legal process

• Supervise and potentially collaborate with support staff, such as paralegals or legal assistants

• Contribute to firm growth and business development

• Lead cases independently and represent clients in court when needed

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years’ experience practicing law in relevant practice areas

• Proven trial skills and courtroom experience preferred

• Ability to manage a heavy caseload with minimal supervision

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated commitment to client service and case resolution

• Willingness to consider equity track or partnership opportunity

• Openness to bring a support team (e.g., assistant or paralegal) is welcomed

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the state of Washington
