Requirements:

• Relevant transactional experience preferred

• Demonstrated reliability and ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently

• Strong work ethic and dedication to consistent excellence

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Illinois
