Duties

• Represent clients in various legal matters.
• Develop and maintain a client base.
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases.
• Participate in firm-wide initiatives and projects.

Requirements

• JD from an ABA-approved law school.
• Active license to practice law in VA and/or NC.
• Entrepreneurial drive and desire to build a client base.
• Portable book of business or proof of originating business at $200,000 annually or more.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Virginia and/or North Carolina.

Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proven track record of client development.
