Job Overview

A law firm is seeking highly qualified and motivated partner-level attorneys for its growing practice across various core practice areas. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in Bankruptcy, Commercial Litigation, Corporate, M&A, Real Estate, Estate Planning and Wealth Preservation, Probate, Construction, Healthcare, and Land Use/Zoning. Location

Duties

• Lead and manage legal matters within designated practice areas
• Provide expert legal counsel and strategic advice to clients across industries
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in complex litigation, transactions, and negotiations
• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and legal staff
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to drive business development
• Stay updated on relevant legal trends and industry changes
• Contribute to the firm's overall growth and success through business development initiatives

Requirements

• Significant experience and expertise in one or more of the following areas: Bankruptcy, Commercial Litigation, Corporate, M&A, Real Estate, Estate Planning and Wealth Preservation, Probate, Construction, Healthcare, and Land Use/Zoning
• Proven track record in managing high-stakes legal matters
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior attorneys
• Excellent client management and relationship-building abilities
• Demonstrated success in business development and client retention
• Ability to handle multiple complex legal matters simultaneously

Education

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active membership in the Florida Bar or ability to become admitted in Florida

Certifications

• Florida Bar License (required)
• Additional bar admissions (a plus)
