Duties

Requirements

• Licensed attorney in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Minimum three years of experience in personal injury litigation or trial.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury, tort law, and medical malpractice.
• Excellent research, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in computer use and legal software.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Membership in the State Bar Association.
