A law firm seeks a senior associate with expertise in structured finance and securitization for its Charlotte, NC office. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience, particularly in lender-side private trade receivables securitization and related areas.

Duties

• Advise on structured finance transactions involving trade receivables and related assets.
• Collaborate with banks, funds, and financial institutions on securitization deals.
• Engage in cross-border financing and off-balance sheet structuring.
• Draft and negotiate intercreditor arrangements and trade credit insurance agreements.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in structured finance and securitization.
• Experience with trade receivables monetization and supply-chain finance preferred.
• U.S. qualified lawyer practicing from the U.S.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the United States.
