Duties

• Handle a variety of financing transactions, including cash flow deals, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and recapitalizations.
• Demonstrate lending experience, with borrower-side exposure being advantageous.
• Engage in asset-based financings, restructurings, and workouts.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in private credit/finance matters at a nationally recognized law firm or relevant legal experience.
• Proven experience in lending and financing transactions.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction of practice.
