Duties
- Represent private equity sponsors and portfolio companies in borrower-side debt financing transactions.
- Draft, negotiate, and structure definitive loan documents and ancillary debt financing documentation.
- Manage transaction workstreams and coordinate closings.
- Collaborate with Corporate/M&A and other practice groups on acquisition financing transactions.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of relevant leveraged finance or acquisition finance experience.
- Strong academic credentials and excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Admitted to and a member in good standing of the bar in the jurisdiction of the office location.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
