Duties

  • Advocate before federal, state, and local administrative agencies

  • Coordinate with in-house and outside counsel on multi-jurisdictional compliance matters

Requirements

  • Active membership in the Florida Bar
  • Nine years' experience in government law or regulatory compliance
  • Proven track record of successful agency advocacy and administrative appeal outcomes
  • Excellent legal research, drafting, and oral advocacy skills
  • Ability to manage complex matters and multiple deadlines

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications

  • Florida Bar admission
