A well-established law firm located in Pembroke Pines, FL, is seeking a highly motivated Immigration Attorney to provide expert legal advice and representation to clients navigating the immigration process. This role involves handling various immigration-related matters, including visas, green cards, and citizenship applications. The successful candidate will be expected to stay current on immigration policies, regulations, and procedures, while advocating for clients' rights and ensuring compliance with legal standards.

Duties:

• Offer legal advice on immigration matters, including visa applications, green cards, and citizenship procedures.

• Prepare and file immigration petitions and applications with relevant government agencies.

• Represent clients in immigration court hearings and administrative proceedings.

• Conduct legal research and stay informed on changes in immigration law and policy.

• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, providing updates and legal guidance throughout the immigration process.

• Ensure thorough documentation and compliance with all relevant immigration regulations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Active license to practice law in any state or U.S. territory.

• Fluency in Spanish is required.

• Experience with family-based immigration cases is preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar license to practice law in any state or U.S. territory.

Skills:

• Strong analytical abilities to assess complex legal issues and formulate effective strategies.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, for client interactions and court representation.

• Detail-oriented in preparing legal documents and ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Experience in family-based immigration matters, asylum cases, and deportation defense is a plus.

• Ability to engage with a diverse client base, with additional languages being an asset.
