Job Overview

Duties
- Advise clients on CEQA, Subdivision Map Act, planning, and zoning issues.
- Obtain development agreements, easements, water supply assessments, and environmental permits.
- Process land use entitlements and appear before governmental agencies and commissions.
- Advise and represent developers through all phases of the land use regulatory process.
- Take ownership of projects and work effectively as a team member.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in land use matters.
- Admitted to and a member in good standing of the California bar.
Education
- Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school preferred.
Certifications
- California bar admission.
Skills
- Excellent verbal communication, writing, research, and analytical skills.
