Compliance Analyst
The candidate reports directly to the Billing Manager and works closely with Attorneys and Billing team to ensure timely responses to any changes needed to ensure compliance with firm and insurance carrier guidelines and requirements. Ensures billing documentation compliance with set insurance carrier and firm guidelines. Familiars with and applies firm billing compliance policies and follows established procedures. Effectively interacts and communicates with attorneys, secretaries and clients. Reviews and verifies the accuracy of billing and supporting documentation as required. Applies Firm billing policies and follows established procedures. Utilizes computerized billing software and e-billing portals to perform compliance duties. Escalates appropriate issues to Billing Manager when required. Assists with special projects and additional duties as assigned. High School Diploma degree is required. Bachelors’ Degree is preferred (Accounting, Business, Legal Studies).
