A law firm seeks a litigation attorney with three years of experience in product liability matters. The position involves case management, discovery, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy for manufacturers and other product-sector clients. Location: Atlanta, Georgia.

Duties

• Manage day-to-day aspects of product liability cases from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, discovery requests/responses, and appellate briefs.
• Conduct and defend depositions of fact witnesses and experts.
• Participate in hearings, mediations, and trial preparation activities.
• Analyze technical documents and coordinate with expert witnesses.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to develop litigation strategies and budgets.
• Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with deadlines and court rules.

Requirements

• 3 years of product liability experience in a law firm setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency with motion practice and discovery management.
• Courtroom experience (hearings, oral argument) preferred.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle multiple matters simultaneously under tight timelines.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school.

Certifications

• Active admission to the Georgia Bar (or eligibility to obtain promptly).
• Additional state admissions advantageous but not required.
