An Atlanta-based law firm, nationally recognized for its high-stakes litigation work, seeks a motivated litigation associate with 3-5 years of experience in tort-related matters. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in sophisticated trial teams managing complex product liability, multidistrict, class action, and mass tort cases across various industries. Duties:

• Support trial teams in major litigation matters involving product liability and mass torts

• Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery

• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis

• Participate in depositions, witness preparation, and strategy sessions

• Collaborate closely with partners and clients on case strategy

• Help manage litigation across multiple jurisdictions with a focus on high-risk venues

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant litigation experience in mass torts, product liability, and/or environmental/toxic torts

• Prior work at a large or mid-sized litigation-focused law firm

• Admission to the Georgia Bar (active and in good standing)

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Georgia Bar admission required
